Spontaneous Closure Of Macular Hole Despite Presence Of Posterior Vitreous Detachment Pre Macular Hole Formation

This 73 Yrs old lady is One Eyed and has Age Related Macular Degeneration with RPE Detachment. She was treated earlier with Inj. Accentrix & Inj. Avastin. She underwent Eylea injection following which she has responded well and right now the disease under control.
